Take A Deep Breath

One advice that I still hold close to my heart and daily life is, “if you don’t think you can go on another day, just focus on the next hour.”

If you can’t go on for the next hour, focus on the next few seconds and take a deep breath. It is something I have to remind myself of daily. Between the stress of life, work, and just trying to keep a social life it can get hectic and overwhelming.

If you are feeling stressed or down, please remember this.

You’re going to be okay.

Try and see through the cloud of negative of energyĀ that is surrounding you. It’s going to get better. You are not alone. You are loved, always. It’s okay to feelĀ like this. Your feelings are validĀ and do not have to be explained to others.

RememberĀ that you’re not always going to feel like this.

Storms don’t last forever, just hold on awhile longer.
