Take It Slow

Take it slow.

Just breathe.

Everything will work out. Instead of worrying yourself sick, remember. Remind yourself of the times you got overwhelmed or sadden. Now remind yourself of all the times you pushed through and conquered it all.

Life can throw things your way that you weren’t ready for or expecting. Yet, you survived everything thrown your way.

You can definitely survive this too. Have a little faith and trust. Trust that things will get better.

No matter how dark or hopeless you may feel, you will make it. You have already proven it. 🖤
