Healing Yourself

Healing from what has hurt you can be scary or even painful but all open wounds and scars will heal in it’s own time. It can hurt remembering what caused you pain but let the healing process give you strength in fighting for tomorrow. There is no timeline to healing, never feel rushed. Do not get discouraged in the healing process.

Fight through the darkest of days, fight until you start seeing the sun rise again. Hearing those around you say “it will be okay” may seem bleak and out of reach but keep that hope and faith within yourself.

Find the warrior within yourself.

Fight for the brighter days.

Fight for you.
