Take your time ❤️

It’s okay to heal in your own time. There is no rush. There is no deadline. Do not add pain to what you already feel by putting extra pressure on yourself. You don’t have to figure it all out now. You can be here. You can just breathe if you can’t do anything else. Allow yourself permission to feel the loss.. to feel the grief. Give yourself time. When you feel ready, slowly put yourself back together. You will slowly put one foot in front of the other in due time. Although, we carry this pain and burdens of grief. Life is still worth living. Your heart will beat again.
