Feeling emotions

Sometimes we have to let our bodies feel what it needs to. When the dam breaks and the emotions pour out. I allow myself to feel what is needed. We may not always be able to slay the dragon and thats okay. Put down your weapon. Out down your shield and just feel. When the storm around you rages, find the calm within your heart. Let it silence the noise around you. Let it guide you through the darkness. You will find your way. You have before.
