Where to be

There are times it can feel like we aren’t where we are meant to be. Personally, developing a chronic illness such as Gastroparesis I definitely feel this way. Then I think about maybe I’m supposed to heal during this phase of my life or maybe I’m being protected in some sort of way. Maybe we are supposed to focus on ourselves and heal with patience and give ourselves grace. Sometimes it might get lonely but those are the moments you grow the most. As seasons come and go, we will learn to feel more comfortable where we are until the next phase of our life.

Feeling Deeply

Sometimes we feel deeply. We feel what others feel and carry it on our shoulders. It can it hard to separate their pain from you own. Please remember to replenish your own soul. Rest your emotions. Silence your soul. Inhale the peace you seek. Start to find comfort in your own presence. Your mind and heart will thank you.

Traveling

Finding hope and light can be difficult but  sometimes it can be in the small things around us. It can be an act of kindness or the dew in the morning fresh air. It can be listening to the rain or watching a beautiful sunset. Create something beautiful each day, change your bleak surroundings to something full of life and wonder.
