Turn Your Wounds Into Strength
There are moments in life you wish you could take back. There will be moments you wish you could go back in time to. There will be moments where you realize things will not be the same again. The moment you realize your world changed. You will not falter. You will not crumble in these moments. Your are stronger than these moments. You will make it through. You will survive.
Life is meant to be more than busy days and paying bills. Life is meant to be more than a complicated schedule and aspirations. Life is truly meant to be treasured and full absorbed like the warmth from the sun on a warm summer day. Life is meant to be captured with all of your senses. Listening to the birds sing on a crisp fall morning. The perfect cup of coffee to start your day. Watching the leaves change colors and fall in the fall wind.
Life is meant to be noticed and cherished. Do not waste a single day of it.
If you are feeling anxious or down today, simply ask yourself why. If your answer contains something that has happened in the past or in the future, stop!! As human beings we tend to overthink by over thinking the over thinking that we are doing. Sounded confusing and hard to process? That is what your inner being is feeling too. You will know what to do when the moment comes so let life take over and let go. You can’t control every aspect of your life. Now is the time to accept it (don’t over think it)!
Everyone’s strength looks different. Your strength can look different depending on what season of life you are traveling through. Even if you doubt your strength, the fire inside of you is still there. It’s okay to not feel okay. The healing that you are going through is giving you the strength you need to continue. Take your time with healing, you are not on anyone’s timeline but your own. Your strength does not need to be loud and destructive. Your strength can be quiet and graceful, full of understanding.
Keep healing.
Keep growing.
Let today go. Let today be what it was and let go. Whether it was a good day or a bad day, let it go. Take it slow and just breathe. Embrace what was accomplished and accept what wasn’t. You are allowed to pace yourself where you see fit as you travel in life. Take it day by day. Be still when you need to. Find peace where you seek it.
