You don’t have to do all of this on your own. You don’t have to carry the world on your shoulders. You can ask for help when needed. Be brave enough to go to others. Quiet that voice inside that is telling you that you are not enough. Quiet the voice that is telling you to do more when you are on empty. Just breathe. You will get through this. You are doing your absolute best and that is enough. Everything that you’re doing is enough.
