Turn Your Wounds Into Strength
Start forgiving yourself. Make the choice to be happy. Make the choice to be gentle with yourself. Choose to free your soul from the darkness that you feel. Choose to see mistakes as lessons learned. Make the choice to calm your heart when things don’t go your way.
Be gentle with yourself
What is happening in your life in this very moment is only temporary. This is not your forever. You be feeling as though your head is clouded and all you feel is anxiety of what is to come. Remember this is only temporary. This is not your forever. Let go of the control. Let go of the control of the perfection that is in your head.
Take in all of the blessings in your life. Feel the faith and hope that surrounds you. You are so much stronger than what is holding you down. You are fighting each and everyday. Even if you don’t believe you are strong, you can feel inner strength and courage. Let it all go and hold on to your faith.
Sometimes it can be easy to look back at your past and question yourself. Question if you did the right thing or the wrong thing in that situation. You can not beat yourself up for the choices you made in your past. You made the decision on who you were and what you knew at that moment. As humans we learn from choices we make in our lives, even with ones we thought were bad decisions. With time we grow from mistakes in our life. You will grow.
Trust yourself and the journey you are on. Do not make yourself a burden.
There are moments that hit us like a ton of bricks while other times we feel light as a feather. No matter what you are feeling in those moments, be grateful for how far you have come. You may not have all the pieces to put yourself back together but remember to keep your faith in hard times. Hold on to your faith more than you hold onto your fears. You are more than your fears and darkness you may be feeling.
