Turn Your Wounds Into Strength
There are going to be difficult times in your life. We usually are only left with 2 options. We can either fight against it, or we can ride through the wave and see where it takes us. The path we tend to take is the one with most resistance. We will carry on about how we wish the situation would be different or how unfair the situation may be. We put so much energy into something that does not benefit us. We must learn to be kinder and softer to ourselves. Accept the wave that has come forth and ride it out. No matter how scary the wave may seem, you can conquer this like everything else you have been through.
Each step we take is not always easy, but we have to keep moving forward. You don’t have to conquer the storm all in one day. Take one step at a time. You don’t have to worry about what is to come. Just navigate the present moment. The rest will come in due time. Until then, take it step by step.
Our story is unique. The individuality of each story has its own beauty. Write your story with the same passion you live each day with. Start a new chapter when needed. Don’t be afraid to scratch things out and start over. Write your own adventures and the beauty you seek from it. Embrace the chapters that seem unknown. Write your story with love of life. ❤️

Not all days will be easy. Some days will feel so exhausting that you can’t get anything accomplished. There will be days that you can’t get your mindset where you need it to be. These are the days when you are burnt out from trying every single minute of the day but never truly have the ability to rest.
Never belittle yourself when you need to take a day off to reset. You may not be able to accomplish everything on your list today, and it is truly okay if you don’t. Take your time to fuel your fire again, to remind yourself of life’s happiness. You were not created to go, go, go day in and day out. You were created with true purpose. Stop forcing yourself to simply just get through it.
Look after your well-being. Look after your mental health. This is what is most important.
You may be feeling a bit down, but always remember the best parts of your life haven’t happened yet. Things will get better! You still have growing left to do and lessons that need to be learned. Life will turn out to be such a beautiful sunrise and you will be in awe of its beauty. So do not give up! You have yet to experience the best moments of your life.
