Own Your Own Happiness

Stop thinking that happiness is a big party when it’s found or something that is so rare that most people don’t know if they will ever find it. It is not a state of mind you are in 24 hours a day. Remember that happiness can be found in the little moments, you just have to slow down and take notice. It can be reading your favorite book. Eating your favorite food. Watching your favorite show. Watching the rain fall. Even just living life in the moment that you are in. Happiness is not something that can be found on a treasure map, it is something you have already created in your life without knowing.

Life’s Pathway

Stop over thinking and stressing about how your life should look. Stop thinking you are behind in life or not where you are meant to be. You are exactly where you need to be, do not compare yourself to others. Stop letting the fear of life get into your head, do not let it fail you. Do not self-destruct yourself by overthinking. Build yourself up with words of affirmations, do not tear yourself down with negativity. You are capable of building the life you want, do not let your overthinking get in the way.

Little Moments in Time

Stop letting moments of your life slip away. Start noticing the the beauty of the sunrises and the chirps of the birds. Stop and notice the small things around you and stop letting the stresses of life stop you. There are so many beautiful things to take notice of daily, we just have to slow down and take notice of them. Put down your cell phone, slow down your breathing, close your eyes, and just breathe. Be center with yourself and nature around you.

Different Days

There will be days where you truly feel as though no task is accomplishable. It doesn’t matter how hard you try or how much coffee you drink, you’re mind is just too tired to handle any task. There will days like this but know that it’s okay. It’s okay to take a day off to let your mind rest. There is so much stigma around doing so that people see it as showing weakness. You are not meant to be pushed to the absolute limit every day of your life. Take care of your mind and mental stability, do not feel forced to ” be okay”. Remember who you are capable of being.
