It’s Okay To Show Weakness

Always be proud of how far you have come in life. You have shown up every single day, even on the toughest days. You never never gave up even when you could have. Always be proud of your strength. Showing or feeling weakness does not mean you are failing, it means you are trying. You have searched for light through all the darkness you have seen, be proud of your journey. It may not be going as planned and that’s okay. Life is never an easy ride and it may not always be enjoyable. As long as you show up ready to give your best, that’s all that will ever matter.

Be your #1 fan

It is so important to remember to talk to yourself with kindness and love. It does not matter who else does it for you in life, you are your #1 fan in life. It all starts and ends with you. It is not easy always going to be easy. Sometimes it can easier to beat yourself up for things you did in life. Let yourself feel what you need to feel. Cry if you need to or even get upset, but let it go. Follow it with words of love and kindness. Let the words flow through you, let the words start to heal you.

One Prayer At a Time

One thing humans are good at is over-thinking. We think about thinking about the over-thinking. Instead let’s start telling ourselves, that we are worthy of all things that come our way. We are worthy of love, God’s love, good fortune’s, miracles. You will defeat all obstacles that come your way, one prayer at a time. One breath at a time you will find your guidance through life and see God’s love for you.

You will be okay, even if you feel blind to it now.

You Are Resilient

Just breathe. Take a deep breathe. Everything is going to be okay. You may not see it now, but you’ve been here before. You’ve made it before. You will make it again. You’ve been in this dark place before, you’ve been scared, you’ve been lost. You have survived and made it through each time. This will not break you. You are so much stronger than you think. You are going to look back at this moment in your life and look at strength you shown to ensure everything you have been through. It may feel unbearable, it may look bleak. You will survive this.

You always do.
