Turn Your Wounds Into Strength
Sharing your emotions and how you’re feeling should not be seen as weak. It doesn’t make you a burden to others nor does it make you look weak. Sharing how you feeling is a sign of being courageous and showing your soul self care. Do not hide your feelings and struggle alone. You are brave enough to lean on others and not do this alone. Your feelings are always important, never invalidate yourself during the process. You are allowed to feel as you do without changing for others. You are only human. Give yourself some slack, stop being so hard on yourself. Concentrate on loving yourself and validating how you feel.
It’s okay if you are struggling. You can still live a happy life and still struggle. You can still find the good aspects of life even though you are struggling. Always remember that you are not alone. Lean on those who love you. The struggles will come and go in life. Keep your strength and faith, you are almost out of this.
When you feel like giving up, don’t.
When you feel like you have no energy left, do not give up.
When small moments come about and you feel sunshine, enjoy them.
When the seasons change, let the negative fall away. Embrace the new.
When you start to question life, your worth, and your heart. Remember how brave you have been up to this point.
Remember the courage and bravery you have shown to get this part of your life. Do not give up!
You don’t need a treasure map to figure out what to do or where to go in life. Always remember that you do not need anyone else’s approval but your own. Be mindful of those who have been supportive in your life and in your journey, but don’t forget to count yourself. You do not need a high title in a company to make a difference in someone’s life or even in your own. Even if you fail the 1st time. 2nd time. or 5th time. Keep trying. Do not think less of yourself. Do not think less of your journey. You are truly worthy.
All you have to do is be brave enough to do it.
