Turn Your Wounds Into Strength
You are stronger than this darkness around you. You are stronger than these things that try to break you. You may feel your emotions trying to overtake you, but steady yourself. Steady your breathing. Do not push yourself through this darkness. Do not push yourself through the grief. You will get through this. You will conquer this. You will get stronger, and you will survive this.
Life can be scary, and it’s okay. It’s okay to feel scared. It’s okay to feel anxious. It’s okay. Your feelings are valid. You don’t have to hide what you are feeling. Do not be ashamed. It’s okay.
