Some days

Some days, it feels like we’re battling ourselves. Some days with struggles with ourselves. Some days, it feels like we take 7 steps forward and 10 steps back. Other days, it seems like we’re fighting our own damn emotions. I’m here to remind you that you will find balance and peace again. That you will grow through all of these challenges and struggles, even if it doesn’t feel like you are. Don’t beat yourself up. You are allowed hard days. You are allowed to find yourself again through all of this. Be patient. Have faith. Believe in your own strength.

Stop beating yourself up. Stop beating yourself for feeling emotions and your emotions. Your feelings are vaild. What you feel is valid. Give yourself time to process them, breathe through them. Feel what you feel and let it go. Your mental peace is always important. Put yourself first. Care for yourself first. Let everything else come second. Remind yourself that you are a priority.

Our future is unknown to us. We worry about making all the right choices, but do we actually live? We get so caught up in what can go wrong that we really think about what could go right. One breath at a time. One minute at a time. One second at a time. Steady yourself. Our lives do not need to be planned out today or even a month from now. Let your story unfold in front of you, let go of the pen and live.
