Turn Your Wounds Into Strength
We can’t change what has happened to us, but we can choose how we handle it. We can choose to love, heal, choose joy, and choose to bloom again. We can choose how to get through another day until it becomes natural again. Choose to try again. Choose to continue.
We go through our highs and our lows. Always remember that our lows is not a permanent place. It is a part of our story just like our highs, and when you least expect it, things change for the better. It’s okay to be struggling, it’s okay if it lasts longer than other times. These times will pass. The highs will come again. The sun will shine again. Your peace is coming again.
Keep on this journey. Keep going. You made it this far because you believed in how good the future could be, and you si.ply believed. Do not let go of that goodness. There is always hope in the future. You will get through this. Keep going.
If you have ever lifted yourself back up when you were feeling down, when you were depressed, or in darkness and got yourself back up, be proud of yourself. When you had ever reason to stay down and fought your way back up, be proud of yourself. The fact that you’re trying every day says how much fight you have left in you. Be proud of how far you have come!
You are not too sensitive or emotional in this world. Your heart is greater and bigger than those around you. You may feel the emotions of others around you without even trying. It’s okay to be an empath. You are not weak for it, you are compassionate. If you experience anxiety from it, it is okay. This shows your strength, not anything less than that. Own your gift that others do not have. Be pure and full of love.
