Turn Your Wounds Into Strength
Sharing your emotions and how you’re feeling should not be seen as weak. It doesn’t make you a burden to others nor does it make you look weak. Sharing how you feeling is a sign of being courageous and showing your soul self care. Do not hide your feelings and struggle alone. You are brave enough to lean on others and not do this alone. Your feelings are always important, never invalidate yourself during the process. You are allowed to feel as you do without changing for others. You are only human. Give yourself some slack, stop being so hard on yourself. Concentrate on loving yourself and validating how you feel.
