Get Back Up

When life knocks you down, get back up. It doesn’t matter how long it takes you. It’s time to be happy on purpose. Stop looking for dark clouds and start looking for the sunshine. Stop waiting for the next bad thing to happen in your life and instead wait for the next best thing to happen. Start choosing to forgive yourself and others instead of holding onto anger and darkness. Life is not meant to lived in despair and sorrow. Yes, we will go through both of those things in life but it does not mean we have choose to stay there. Life is meant for all the small and big moments of love shared with one another.

Choose Differently

There are times in our life where we have to make the conscious decision to choose to fill your heart and mind with light instead of darkness. Choose to see the better parts of the world around you instead of the bad. Choose to see the good in your life instead of hardships. Choose to feel the love instead of the pain. Choose to start believing in your heart instead of your doubts. Little by little you will start to see how your life changes around you.

It’s Okay To Show Weakness

Always be proud of how far you have come in life. You have shown up every single day, even on the toughest days. You never never gave up even when you could have. Always be proud of your strength. Showing or feeling weakness does not mean you are failing, it means you are trying. You have searched for light through all the darkness you have seen, be proud of your journey. It may not be going as planned and that’s okay. Life is never an easy ride and it may not always be enjoyable. As long as you show up ready to give your best, that’s all that will ever matter.
